Newark, Ohio – 1st shift (7:00 am–3:00 pm) and 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm).

• Work safely in a manufacturing environment and comply with all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain and improve product quality and output standards.
• Participate in team activities, meet or exceed production goals, and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform heavy‑duty tasks such as removing, stacking finished board, and assembling or packaging products.
• Attend required training, including forklift certification.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to 5S standards.

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible daytime hours, overtime, and occasional weekends.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Ability to follow instructions, eagerness to learn, and a strong teamwork orientation.

• High‑school diploma or GED.

• Manufacturing plant with extreme temperatures, uneven surfaces, cords, tools, loud noise, dust, and dirty conditions.
• Basic PPE required: safety glasses, earplugs, and steel‑toe or composite boots (additional PPE provided for specific tasks).

• Regular speaking and hearing required.
• Frequent standing, walking, hand use, and reaching; occasional sitting, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
• Frequent lifting of up to 20 lb and occasional lifting of up to 75 lb.
• Visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
