As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the operational performance excellence of your shift. You ensure policies & procedures are upheld in our safety-first & quality-oriented culture. We Offer Set Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate! Advancement:

- You Will Ensure associates are working in a safe manner and they understand Plastipak's commitment to safety
- Accountable for disciplinary action as well as retention
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of motivation and timely completion of performance evaluations
- Accountable for driving safety, quality, reliability and scrap priorities
- You Have High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Associates degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 6:30 pm - 7 am Sunday - Saturday, on a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and repeat
