As a Process Technicians you are responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection & blow molding machines, ensuring our products meet all quality standards and customer expectations.
Shift: Nigh Shift: 6:45pm - 7:00am EST 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour. Starting rate is based on experience & qualifications.

- Operating Sidel blow-molding manufacturing equipment along with Husky and Milacron injection machines.
- Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.
- Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.
- Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).
- Teaming up with your co-workers to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Learning new skills with hands-on training and career development opportunities.
- Mechanical inclination – you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.
- At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.
- Knowledge of injection or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is a plus!
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
