Plastipak in Newark, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for the shift's operational performance, upholding a safety-first and quality-oriented culture. You will supervise associates, ensure safety, manage discipline and retention, and drive timely performance evaluations while pushing improvements in safety, quality, reliability and scrap reduction.
The role requires working 6:30 pm–7:00 am on a rotating schedule (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, then repeat).
