• Assist with production scheduling and workflow coordination
• Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, downtime, scrap, and throughput

• Coordinate with maintenance teams on equipment issues
• Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities
• Support equipment installations and process improvements

• Follow and help enforce quality standards
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements

• Promote and model safe behaviors on the production floor
• Participate in safety audits and hazard identification initiatives

• Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
• Develop leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

• Recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Operations, or related fields preferred)
