Flint Ridge located in Newark, OH is seeking experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Day Shift Team.

As a Flint Ridge CNA
, you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. STNA individuals are responsible for caring for the residents under the direction and supervision of an RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of CCH Corporation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
