As a Registered Nurse, you will provide individualized care to residents, administer medications, wound care, and various treatments, and develop and implement individualized care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and various treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
• Implement interventions to address care needs, including wound care, medication management, and rehabilitation therapies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans
• Ensure residents receive the highest level of care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
• At least 1 year of experience in long‑term care or a related setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
