Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care to residents
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
Administer medications and treatments
Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support STNAs/CNAs
Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

Current Ohio RN license
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and teamwork
Long-term care experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
