Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in Pediatric Homecare, focusing on providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home setting.
Responsibilities- Deliver skilled nursing care, including monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments and medications, and responding to changes.
- Collaborate closely with families and care teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients confidently about their care plans.
- Active RN license and current BLS certification.
- Preferred 1 year of experience.
- Enjoy true 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling and consistent cases.
- Work in a low-interruption, calm environment.
- Options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles across day, evening, or overnight shifts, caring for pediatric and adult patients.
