Quality Assurance Specialist – Heath, Ohio (Aerospace Manufacturing)

If you have experience in manufacturing, inspection, auditing, or technical production work and want to step into a high‑skill, high‑precision career, this Quality Assurance Specialist role puts you right in the center of aerospace‑level work. You’ll support electro‑mechanical systems used in mission‑critical environments and help maintain ISO
9001/AS9100 quality standards. This is a full‑time, Monday through Friday position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and protocols
  • Perform audits, inspections, and testing on products and production processes
  • Work with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications
  • Collect and analyze performance data to support continuous improvement
  • Lead root‑cause investigations and corrective action plans
  • Maintain quality documentation required for AS9100 certification

What You Need to Bring:
  • Two‑year technical degree or proven experience in a quality assurance role
  • Strong understanding of inspection, auditing, and testing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
  • Ability to qualify for and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
Work Environment:
  • Primarily office‑based with frequent computer use
  • Regular interaction with the manufacturing and assembly floor
  • Exposure to electrical, mechanical, and chemical safety environments
