BG Staffing is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager for a thriving apartment community in Newark, Ohio (43055). As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations and performance of the community. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to effectively manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Lead, coach, and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams
• Maintain high occupancy levels through leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives
• Manage rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and financial reporting
• Monitor and maintain community budgets and expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and local housing requirements
• Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure service requests and property repairs are completed promptly
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain curb appeal and asset quality
• Prepare reports and communicate community performance with ownership and management teams

• Previous multifamily property management experience required
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with budgeting, rent collections, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with property management software is preferred
• Reliable transportation and professional demeanor required
