Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick up. They offer appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Do you enjoy shopping? Online order fillers and delivery associates spend each day shopping for customers across departments, selecting items like apples or cereals, and filling online orders.

They dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. Associates may juggle online order preparation while assisting in‑store customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
