The Home Guardian
- Branch Starter is a full-time, field-based role responsible for launching Go-Forth Pest Control's new Ohio operation from the ground up. This individual serves as the founding presence in the Columbus market — generating and closing new business through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and company-generated leads while simultaneously delivering licensed pest control and termite services to a growing customer base. The Home Guardian
- Branch Starter operates with a high degree of autonomy, establishes foundational operational processes, and builds toward future team expansion as the branch scales.

Key Responsibilities Field Sales and Service
  • Build and grow a customer base from zero by actively engaging in door-to-door prospecting, generating leads through referrals, and closing deals.
  • Handle inbound leads from company advertising and office calls, converting them into loyal customers.
  • Provide exceptional pest control and termite services, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct home visits and consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate pest and termite solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Branch Development and Growth
  • Lead the startup of the new Ohio branch, establishing operational processes and building momentum through consistent sales and service efforts.
  • Track personal performance metrics, such as sales targets and customer acquisition, and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Prepare for future team expansion by demonstrating best practices in sales techniques, customer service, and industry knowledge.
Operational Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, territory management, and resource allocation for the new branch.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities.
  • Manage inventory levels, equipment, and supplies to support field operations effectively.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards, with a focus on compliance in pest and termite services.
Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders in the Ohio market.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
