Job Description
New Starting Rate $20.00 per hour. This will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts position.
What You’ll Bring- Strong work ethic – Able to maintain a consistent workload in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with minimal supervision
- Mechanical aptitude – Comfortable working with tanks, plumbing systems, and testing equipment with attention to detail
- Problem‑solving mindset – Identifies issues quickly and applies practical solutions to maintain system performance and quality
- Customer‑focused approach – Communicates professionally and works to ensure positive service outcomes at all job sites
- Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to established procedures and quality standards
- Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance
- Use monitoring and testing equipment to measure and log water quality data accurately
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes impacting water quality
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and documentation for all testing and operational activities
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely using forklifts and other tools (training provided)
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and any issues encountered
- Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment readiness
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs and customer requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; prior industrial, mechanical, or water treatment experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, and extended shifts based on project demands
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting
