As a
Multicraft Maintenance Technician
, you’ll work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

• Troubleshooting and repairing
  mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
• Performing
  preventive and predictive maintenance
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through
  paid training and advancement programs

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi‑craft skills
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shift as assigned
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours

• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• 1.5x pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours/week
• Up to 1 week of
  vacation in year of hire with 2 full weeks in first full year of employment

• Starting salary for position: $28.92 – $42.48 per hour.
• Bonus:
  Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
