Job Description & How to Apply Below
Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on facility auxiliary equipment such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, transformers, etc.;
Monitor fire systems, facilities access systems, and emergency lighting systems (monitoring, inspecting, testing);
Perform general grounds maintenance;
Participate in installation projects and/or modifications;
Ability to work Monday-Friday day shift, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
