Whether your background is in construction, warehouse operations, automotive, HVAC, maintenance, military, or general labor, this role provides paid training

• Travel to project sites during the week and return home every Friday

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, learning new skills, and earning strong weekly pay.

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic service work on critical infrastructure equipment
• Assist with battery systems, power systems, and equipment installations
• Use hand and power tools for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
• Follow work orders, technical instructions, and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues alongside experienced technicians
• Support projects in mission-critical environments, including data centers
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in construction, warehouse, maintenance, HVAC, automotive, manufacturing, military, or a related field
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Willingness to travel Monday through Friday
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Facilities or maintenance experience
• Electrical, low-voltage, or mechanical experience
• OSHA 10 or other safety certifications
• Previous field service or technician experience
• Experience reading diagrams, blueprints, or work instructions

• Competitive starting pay of $20-$28/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
