Position Location
116 N. 22nd Street, Newark, OH – 30‑minute drive from Columbus, Zanesville, Lancaster, Mt. Vernon, and the Buckeye Lake area.
Position DescriptionDuties:
In this role, you’ll work with people with developmental disabilities and a team of skilled professionals to develop and implement behavior intervention strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
Since 1967, the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities has been serving the people of Licking County.
Job PrerequisitesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Education or a related field. Must be well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Most importantly, the candidate must have the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities using ethical and evidence‑based practices.
