Responsibilities
- Help youth with developmental disabilities discover, pursue and achieve what's important to them
- Work with people we support and their families and friends to assess needs
- Determine desired outcomes and coordinate services
- Refer to community resources
- Create and implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) for youth ages 13-22 in Licking County
- Minimum of an Associates Degree
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of young people with developmental disabilities
