Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Service Now applications, workflows, and integrations across modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, and FSO, following platform best practices and governance standards.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to refine requirements and deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server, ensuring secure, reliable, and performant data exchange.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data mappings, and user guidance to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
- Perform code reviews, participate in testing (including ATF), and support CI/CD processes to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve platform performance, stability, and user experience.
- Adhere to organizational security, compliance, and Service Now development standards, contributing to continuous improvement of platform governance and best practices.
- Support and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code review participation.
- Monitor and support the Service Now platform to ensure high availability, uptime, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Perform activities in support of periodic platform upgrades.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years development experience with Service Now.
- 3+ years experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, FSO, Flow Designer, ITOM, or CSM.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p and this role is a full-time, permanent role. Hybrid workplace schedule expected with on-site days (M, T, W) in office location in Newark, OH. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
