Job Overview
Class A CDL Drivers earning $1,980–$2,040 per week working a dedicated account that usually brings you home weekly, almost always on weekends.
Weekly pay: $1,980‑$2,040/WK. Starting mileage pay of $1.39 per mile. Additional $10 per stop on a quarterly basis for safe deliveries, roughly $600–$800 per quarter. Full benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.
Truck home allowance: pick up truck home if secure parking available. Rider and pet welcome after training completion. Sign‑on bonus of $2,500, paid $250 each month for ten months.
Training: 4–5 days on account earning $280 per day. Orientation in St. Louis, followed by 3–5 days of mentor training.
Compensation & BenefitsGuaranteed base pay for first 60 days: $1,400 per week ($280 per day). Driver receives the greater of guarantee or mileage pay. CPM raise of $0.01 every six months up to $1.43 per mile.
Trucks: all automatic, newer model Freightliner or International. Operating region: OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, VT.
Requirements- At least 6 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
- No more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years.
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests (including SAP program completion).
- No terminations from last driving job.
- Clean driving record:
- Maximum of 2 moving violations in last 12 months (or 3 in last 36 months).
- Maximum of 2 seat belt violations in last 24 months.
- No speeding violations over 11–14 mph above limit in last 12 months.
- No pending violations.
- No more than 2 out-of-service violations in last year.
- No serious offenses in last 3 years (e.g., leaving scene, fatal accidents).
- No DOT Recordable Preventable Accidents in last 12 months.
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents in same period.
- All DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in last 3 years must have an accident report.
- No felonies in last 5 years.
