CDL-A Dedicated Dry Van Fleet – $1,250–$1,450+/Wk | 100% No Touch Freight | Semi-Local
Operational Metrics & Compensation
Weekly Earnings Target – $1,250 – $1,450+ / week ($65.2K – $75.5K per year
)
CPM Rate Tiers – $0.57 to $0.66 CPM (Tied to years of CDL-A tenure)
Weekly Output – ~2,200 miles / week average
Cargo Handling –
100% No-Touch Freight (Dry Van drop-and-hook & live dock load)
Running Area –
Nationwide 48 Continental States
Home Reset Schedule – 2–3 days home after 2–3 weeks on the road
Assigned Rig –
Condo Sleeper Truck (Personal secure parking space mandatory)
- Current Commercial Driver's License (Class
A) & unexpired DOT physical card - 3+ months of verifiable CDL-A experience over the last 6 months
- Satisfactory MVR and background history (Non-SAP compliant account)
- Clearance on standard DOT drug screenings (urine & hair testing required)
- Full medical/dental/vision/401k/PTO active after 60 days; 1-week mentor ride-along for select experience tiers
