What You'll Do

As a Client Services Representative, you'll often be the first person our clients interact with. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while supporting our licensed insurance agents and helping our office operate efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients by phone, email, and in person with warmth and professionalism.
  • Build positive relationships through outstanding customer service.
  • Assist insurance advisors with client communication and follow‑up.
  • Prepare applications, forms, and documentation for insurance carriers.
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate producers' calendars.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct clients appropriately.
  • Assist with administrative projects and office operations.
  • Look for opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure every client receives exceptional service.

Previous office or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
