Position Overview
George Fox University announces multiple part‑time, adjunct positions in Art and Design with specializations in Graphic Design (web design), Illustration, for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semesters. Adjunct roles may be renewable for multiple semesters.
Courses to be Taught- ARTD 360 Illustration I
- ARTD 461 Illustration II
- ARTD 270 Web Design
- ARTD 383 UI/UX Design
- A terminal degree—MFA or PhD in a relevant field desired. Exceptions for candidates with 3–5 years of industry or teaching experience.
- A commitment to working with a diverse student population; demonstrated experience preferred.
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and the university’s faith mission; employees must live in accordance with the Community Lifestyle Statement and affirm the Statement of Faith.

Adjunct faculty are paid on a per credit hour basis, commensurate with education and experience.
