Job Responsibilities- Teach courses in alignment with the university's mission and learning objectives.
- Develop and implement effective instructional strategies that promote student engagement.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Utilize the university's learning management system (Canvas and Google Classroom) for course management.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to university policies.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect, and service.
- Serve as a Christian role model to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Demonstrated experience working cross culturally with respect, appreciation and humility.
- A master's degree, or significant professional experience, in the relevant field.
- A current teaching license.
- Demonstrated expertise in subject matter and commitment to student learning.
- Recent experience with the subject matter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to integrating faith and learning within the academic discipline.

- Professional experience in the field related to the subject being taught.
- Previous teaching experience in higher education.
- Familiarity with online and hybrid teaching modalities.
- Adjunct faculty are compensated on a per-credit-hour basis, commensurate with education and experience.
