Clinician development is fully supported through mentorship, regular one-on-one meetings with the clinic director, and structured case collaboration.
The team includes clinicians with advanced pelvic health training, manual therapy expertise, and orthopedic board certification, providing strong internal mentorship. There is active support for expanding clinical interests with investment in education and long-term growth.

APTA Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program
- Full, regular salary while completing the program
- Over 90% pass rate on the OCS Board Certification Exam (cost included)
- Completion of the COMT certification through NAIOMT
- Strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, pattern recognition and manual therapy skills
- 150 hours of mentorship

Impact at Work You will educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks, and other issues within the scope of practice. You will evaluate physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function safely. You will document all evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care contacts per facility policies.
You will independently manage your own caseload to maximize the effectiveness of the overall care plan. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies, and support special projects and other designated activities aligned with Therapeutic Associates, Inc. values.
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.

Physical Therapist base compensation is $76,000–$90,000 with a total compensation package of $87,000–$101,000+, depending on experience and fit. Relocation/sign-on bonus available.
