We’re hiring a full-time evening Resident Assistant to join our Health Services Department. In this role, you’ll support older adults with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and meals—always with respect, kindness, and a focus on honoring their independence and choices
.

Helping residents with personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing)

Supporting a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

Building real relationships and making someone's day, every day

Schedule:

• Friday - Monday (1 shift available) or

Base Pay: $17.00–$19.60hr. (DOE)

Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening/NOC shift

Be at least 18 years old

A heart for helping others

6+ months continuous caregiver experience

Current Food handler's card, First Aid Certificate or BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
