We’re hiring full-time
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)for our
NOC shift (10:15 PM – 6:30 AM). In this role, you’ll support residents with activities of daily living while upholding dignity, choice, and independence.
Base Pay:$19.57 - $22.60/hr. (DOE)
Full-Time Shift Differential:+$3.00/hour
NOC Shift Differential
: +$2.00/hr.
Supportive and inclusive work culture
What You’ll Do:Assist residents with daily tasks such as hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility
Support residents with memory care needs (if applicable) using training provided
Document care in electronic medical records
Promote safety, respect, and well-being for every resident
Participate in meaningful activities and community life
Respond quickly to call lights and care needs
What We’re Looking For:Previous caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, team-oriented, and respectful attitude
Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
Must pass a DHS background check and drug screening
Special Training Provided:If working in our Memory Care Center, you’ll receive training in:
Dementia care communication techniques
Behavior redirection that preserves dignity
