Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift | Full-Time | $19.57/hr.+ shift differential

Location: Newberg, OR

Schedule: Friday–Monday | 10:15 PM – 6:30 AM
(Weekends required)

We’re hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our NOC shift (10:15 PM – 6:30 AM). In this role, you’ll support residents with activities of daily living while upholding dignity, choice, and independence.

• Base Pay: $19.57 - $22.60/hr. (DOE)
• Full-Time Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour
• NOC Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr.

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Support residents with memory care needs (if applicable) using training provided
• Document care in electronic medical records
• Promote safety, respect, and well-being for every resident
• Participate in meaningful activities and community life
• Respond quickly to call lights and care needs

• Current CNA certification in Oregon (required)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and respectful attitude
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
• Must pass a DHS background check and drug screening
