Ultrasound Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of general ultrasound exams, including outpatient appointments on weekends, and covering inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room cases. The ideal candidate will have experience using Philips systems and will provide high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound exams on patients, including complex vascular cases.
• Ensure accurate and high-quality imaging, following departmental protocols.
• Assist in a variety of procedures including biopsies and fluid aspiration.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain patient records using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience required.
• Licensure: ARDMS (AB), ARDMS (OB/GYN), ARRT (S), and BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Preferred experience in trauma level II and community hospital settings.
