• Associate's Degreein Healthcare or Business Administration.
• Upon hire:
  National Certification of CHAA.
• 3 years of experience in Patient Access of Business office setting.
  • Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• 3 yearsof utilization of medical terminology in job setting.
  • Knowledge in medical billing codes.
• 1 yearknowledge of Epic applications.
