Physical Therapy Assistant – Providence Home Services Oregon

Location: Newberg/Yamhill/Dundee to Grand Ronde as needed

Schedule: Part Time 32 hours/week, weekdays day shift

Under the supervision of a physical therapist, provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients’ special physical or age‑related needs. Perform patient/client treatment and professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with each individual's functional level and potential. Work in home health settings to care for patients where they are most comfortable, building rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population while exercising independence and flexibility in your career.

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire

$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Base pay range is $31.67 - $43.81 per hour.
