Key responsibilitiesConducting health assessments, developing and coordinating care plans, collaborating with healthcare providers, and delivering office or home visits for prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care. The role involves health education, maintaining accurate documentation, and mentoring new staff and students.
QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience, RN licensure, BLS certification, and preferred newborn exam experience. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish), therapeutic communication, and computer proficiency are valued.
