Radiology - Mammography

Day shift 4x10 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 07:00 - 17:00)

The Mammography Technician is responsible for performing various mammography procedures including diagnostic and screening mammograms, stereotactic biopsies, and fine needle aspirations. The technician will utilize specialized equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort while providing high-quality imaging services.

• Perform 3-D mammography, digital mammography, and needle localizations.
• Conduct screening and diagnostic mammograms as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper charting in the Epic system.
• Assist with biopsy and breast aspiration procedures as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in imaging practices.

• Must hold a valid ARRT license in Radiography (ARRT R) and Mammography (ARRT M).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography or related fields.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
