Ultrasound Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of general ultrasound examinations, including outpatient appointments on weekends. The role includes covering inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room cases as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ultrasound exams, including specialized procedures such as biopsies.
• Adhere to patient safety and care standards at all times.
• Utilize Philips and GE ultrasound systems effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation via the Epic charting system.
• Assist in complex vascular cases as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ultrasound technology.
• Current certifications: ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, ARRT S, and BLS.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Preferred experience in obstetric and abdominal imaging.
