- Full-Time, Day Schedule
Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, Or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience.
- Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience.
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association upon hire.
