Key ResponsibilitiesThis key position is responsible for driving sales through developing and executing high-touch guest experiences and hospitality programs in collaboration with the Hospitality Manager, Hospitality Team, Director of Membership & Director of Events. This position requires availability to work weekends and evenings on occasion.
Hospitality Program- Open and close the tasting room following SOPs and checklists, ensuring a clean and on‑brand space.
- Participate in daily morning meetings.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, sales, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Manage daily wine inventory, print menus, and maintain collateral.
- Handle voicemails, texts, and incoming calls; support email inboxes.
- Assist with on-site and off-site hospitality experiences.
- Manage weekly/monthly inventory of tasting room supplies.
- Prepare and present culinary offerings; collaborate with the Estate Chef.
- Record client notes in Commerce7 and maintain operating equipment.
- Support club releases and membership tasks.
- Contribute to the team's sales goal through client communication and outreach.
- Maintain communication with leadership and collaborate on member touchpoints.
- Build and manage personal client/member relationships.
- Represent Alexana Estate at external functions and special events.
- Execute outreach and report progress to the Manager on Duty.
- Capture and use customer data for follow-up sales.
- Network within the Willamette Valley for referrals.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences, support culinary/event offerings, and uphold operational excellence.

Must have availability to work weekends and evenings on occasion. Typical schedule will likely include Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
CompensationStarting at $19‑21 per hour plus gratuities & wine club sign‑up commissions. This pay scale is what our average private client hosts make per hour after everything stated above.
