Key ResponsibilitiesThis key position is responsible for providing support to the Hospitality Team.
- Tasting Room Operations
- Open and close the tasting room following SOPs and checklists, ensuring a clean and on‑brand space.
- Clean, polish and organize wine glasses, plates and other service items. Assist with dishes and general cleanliness of the tasting room.
- Support the team with stocking supplies and wine and maintaining clean, well‑prepared guest‑facing areas.
- Assist with greeting, checking in and seating guests.
- Assist with events as needed providing back‑of‑the‑house support for bussing, dishes, setting up and cleaning spaces for large parties and events.
- Culinary Support
- Assist with delivering food to guests.
- Assist chef/sous chef as needed with clean‑up and prep of food items.
- Guest Experience Support
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment throughout service.
- Support the team in guest interactions with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer phones and assist with booking reservations as needed.
- Provide culinary information to guests as needed, describing food offerings and answering any questions about ingredients or preparation.
- Other Duties as Assigned

CompensationStarting at $18‑20 per hour plus a portion of a tip share pool.
