Sales Systems Architect​/Business Analyst

Our client is in the process of stabilizing and optimizing our sales systems ecosystem — specifically across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Order Net (CPQ), and our ERP platform. We are experiencing integration gaps, data quality issues, and validation failures across these systems that are creating downstream operational challenges for our Sales and Customer Service teams. We need a seasoned architect / Staff Technical BA to assess the current state, identify root causes, and lead targeted improvements.

• SConduct an end-to-end assessment of current sales system workflows and cross-system integration
• sDiagnose and resolve root causes of validation failures and data transfer issues between CRM, Order Net (CPQ), and ER
