The Maintenance Technician's primary role is to support Lifestyle Properties, including office, shops, and laundry facilities, ensuring site safety and completing scheduled property maintenance to maintain excellent appearance and quality.

This includes processing work scheduled through Breezeway, such as guest check-outs, check-ins, maintenance tasks, and on-call emergencies. The technician will communicate and coordinate with staff, management, homeowners, contractors, and vendors to provide outstanding customer service, proactive maintenance, safeguard financial health, and complete tasks on time.

We seek a dynamic self-starter who enjoys teamwork and thrives in a fast-paced, flexible, environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, communicative, with at least one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering, or related fields, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
  • At least one year of maintenance, repair, or construction experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to work weekends (two days off during the week)
  • High School Diploma or GED

Essential Functions:

  • Represent Lifestyle Properties professionally at all times
  • Support management to meet and exceed property management obligations
  • Ensure properties comply with all laws (fire, backflow, OSHA, etc.)
  • Identify and communicate repairs or liabilities in structural, electrical, plumbing, and appliance areas
  • Carry a cell phone and be on call for emergency maintenance outside regular hours
  • Communicate issues or guest concerns to management
  • Maintain hot tubs, saunas (if applicable), and update security door codes as needed
  • Accurately record work hours and maintain company vehicles
