With the recent expansion of our campus and the addition of several beautiful new multi-level facilities, Friendsview is excited to welcome a Life Enrichment Supervisor to our growing community.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Experience in event planning and program coordination
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience, including two years of supervisory leadership

• Lead, supervise, and support Life Enrichment staff, programs, and resident activities
• Build community partnerships throughout Newberg and the surrounding area to expand engagement opportunities
• Oversee event planning, setup, programming, transportation, volunteers, and interns
• Collaborate with the Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator, resident committees, and cross-department teams to create vibrant, resident-centered experiences

Starting wage: $28.30 – $31.15 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Primarily regular business hours with occasional evenings or weekends as needed (40 hours/week)
