Powder Coat – Dental Manufacturing Company

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM - 1:50 AM. Hourly Rate: $22.02 per hour.

• Perform repetitive tasks such as hand‑deburring, cleaning of parts, drill press jobs, punching work, storing and handling materials, basic air drilling operations, removing and chamfering edges of parts (plastic, aluminum, brass, steel), assembling solder parts, and woodworking activities.
• Use measuring tools to check parts and inspect parts for quality.
• Perform basic blueprint reading and/or follow production order checklists, methods sheets and record work information on job cards.
• Operate machinery and tools, including deburring knives, bench tappers, counter‑sinks, drill presses, vibratory finishing mills, air drills, sanders, buffers, outside diameter micrometers, dial calipers, squares, radius gauges, and pin gauges.
• Follow all safety guidelines and avoid posing a risk to self or others.
• Maintain an acceptable dependability level.

• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate work information.
• Manual dexterity required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations.
