Penner-Ash Wine Cellars is seeking motivated individuals to join our small team for the 2026 harvest. This hands-on internship offers exposure to all stages of winemaking at a renowned Willamette Valley winery.
Interns participate in vineyard sampling, fruit processing, fermentation monitoring, cap management, pressing, barreling down, and cleaning/sanitation. Harvest typically runs from late August to late October/early November, with meals provided during peak processing.
