Assembler I – Dental Equipment Manufacturing
Location: Newberg
Departments: Assembly, Production, Inventory
Hourly Pay: $17.50
Shifts: 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. | 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full‑Time, Temp to Hire
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Inspect parts for defects
- Position and align parts using basic hand tools
- Use and maintain tools and equipment properly
- Meet daily production expectations
- Participate in inventory counts
- Complete required documentation accurately
- Maintain proper stock levels
- Support team leads and overall production needs
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Work well independently and in a team
- Stay calm and effective under pressure
- Stand for long periods at a workstation
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms
- Lift/carry 1–5 lbs. frequently
- Occasional walking and reaching
- Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity
