Resident Care Manager (LPN or RN) — Friendsview

Compensation:

LPN: $40.00 - $44.00/hr.

RN: $47.50 - $52.25/hr.

We’re looking for a Resident Care Manager (RCM) — an RN or LPN with strong leadership, clinical excellence, and a heart for people. This role is perfect for someone who wants to lead with purpose, empower a team, and make a real impact every day.

The Role

As a Resident Care Manager, you’ll be the go-to clinical leader ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess health needs, oversee care plans, and support nursing staff — all while fostering a positive, growth-minded culture.

You’ll lead ongoing resident assessments and delegate tasks in alignment with Oregon Administrative Rules.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure nursing care meets state and Friendsview standards
  • Evaluate and assess residents’ physical and psycho-social needs
  • Oversee medication administration and treatment accuracy
  • Support and coach nursing and caregiving staff
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) projects
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and respect
  • Be an advocate for residents’ rights and quality of life
What We’re Looking For
  • LPN or RN license (Oregon, in good standing)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • 2–3 years of nursing experience (long-term care a plus!)
  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communicator — both with your team and residents
  • Compassionate, organized, and able to think critically under pressure
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic charting systems
  • Valid CPR/1st Aid certificate
