Providence Health & Services in Newberg, Oregon, is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) to support cancer patients through their treatment journey. The ONN will help patients understand their care, reduce stress from their diagnosis, and manage the continuum of care including survivorship planning.
The position requires a valid Oregon RN license and 3 years of oncology experience, with OCN certification required within 18 months of hire. This is a part-time role with day shifts, based on-site at the Providence Newberg Rehabilitation Center.
