We’re hiring a full-time evening Resident Assistant to join our Health Services Department. In this role, you’ll support older adults with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and meals—always with respect, kindness, and a focus on honoring their independence and choices

What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping residents with personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing)

Supporting a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

Building real relationships and making someone's day, every day

• DAY shifts available- 6:15 am - 2:30 pm:
  • Sunday – Thursday (5 positions)
  • Friday
    - Mon (6 positions)
  • Tuesday
    - Saturday (4 positions)
• Sunday
  - Thursday (2 positions)
• Tuesday
  - Saturday (5 position open)
• Friday
  - Monday (3 positions)

Tuesday
- Saturday (3 positions)

Starting Pay: $18.07-$19.46/hr. (DOE)

Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening, weekends, or NOC

Med Passing experience
: +$1.00/hr. (can train after Orientation is complete)

Full-Time Position with Benefits

Be at least 18 years old

CPR/ 1st Aid certified

minimum 6+ months continuous caregiving experience

med passing experience preferred

Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
