Providence is seeking an RN – Quality Assurance at Willamette Falls Medical Center (main location) and Milwaukie Hospital (secondary), with rare travel to Providence Newberg Medical Center. This is a full-time, day shift position (Mon-Fri, 7:30am–4pm).
Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon to ensure CMS and TJC compliance, working with physician leadership and managers on quality efforts, risk monitoring, and multidisciplinary improvement
