, you’ll use your culinary talents to create comforting, high-quality meals for our residents—including homemade soups, sauces, and entrees—all while following dietary plans and weekly menus.

We’re looking for a seasoned Production Cook (7+ years or 5 years with culinary education) who’s passionate about cooking with care, working as part of a team, and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Prep and batch-cook fresh meals from scratch
  • Follow food safety and sanitation best practices
  • Oversee prep staff and support special dietary needs
  • Keep things running smoothly—even when unexpected challenges pop up
  • Support kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety
What You Bring
  • Culinary experience with strong production cooking skills
  • Leadership vibes—you know how to support and guide a team
  • Respect for privacy and dignity (HIPAA matters here)
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and confidently
Requirements
  • Valid Oregon Food Handler Card or Serv Safe Certificate
  • 7 years minimum experience as a production cook, or 5 years’ experience and a culinary education
  • Pass background check, drug screen, and provide I-9 documents
  • Able to lift, move, and stay on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Must have valid photo , and (if needed) driver’s license and insurance
