Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. We are looking for a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill merchandising needs, build relationships, stock shelves, and maintain or change out displays for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are properly stocked and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed, and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of McMinnville, OR (primary location) or secondary locations:
  Newberg, Sherwood, Tualatin, Wilsonville, OR.
• Availability Friday, Saturday – Sunday, early-morning start time.

Hourly compensation rate of $18.00.
